At Ann Arbor BJJ we train using the Constraints-Led Approach and Ecological Dynamics. Instead of memorizing fixed techniques, students develop skill by solving real grappling problems against resisting partners — from day one.

Adults, kids, and athletes — each program is structured for long-term progress, not short-term motivation.
Structured classes for all experience levels, ages 13 and up. Morning, midday, evening, and weekend classes 7 days per week. Every class is built to develop real skill through task-focused, live training.

One focused program for ages 7–12, designed around how kids this age actually learn — real BJJ in a positive, welcoming group. At 13, they move up into the adult classes.
Learn About Kids Training → 03 CompetitorsBuilt for athletes who want to compete in the sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. A holistic approach that meets you where you are — all ages, all skill levels. Competing is its own skill, and this program develops it.
