Adult BJJ training at Ann Arbor BJJ Ages 13+
Adult Program Ages 13+

ADULT BJJ

Our Adult Jiu-Jitsu program offers structured classes for all experience levels, from brand-new students to seasoned practitioners. We provide morning, midday, evening, and weekend classes, with training available seven days per week.

We use task-focused training and scaling methods to help students progress at their own pace while training safely and effectively.

Kids Program Ages 7–12

KIDS BJJ

A safe, structured environment focused on building confidence, coordination, focus, and problem-solving. One class for ages 7–12, with tasks scaled so newer and more experienced kids train together — real Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, taught the way this age actually learns.

Led by Coach Royce — a BJJ black belt with a degree in Early Childhood Education. At 13, kids move up and join the adult program.
